We provide custom software development services including but not limited to web applications, mobile applications, enterprise solutions, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. We typically require a deposit before commencing work, with remaining payments tied to project milestones.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
